Give the Gift of Education-Support for Poor Chidren

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and dream. Yet, thousands of underserved children across Karnataka struggle to access even basic school supplies. Kritagyata Trust is working to change that—and we invite you to be part of this journey of hope and transformation.

Kritagyata Trust

Why Your Support Matters

Since 2015, Kritagyata Trust has empowered over 85,000 children and women with education, shelter, healthcare, and dignity. Our Vidya Spoorthi program ensures that financial hardship doesn’t keep children from learning. Through book drives, scholarships, and essential school materials, we help students thrive.

But we do more than provide books. We set up computer labs for digital literacy, bring guest teachers to rural schools, and run evening learning centers for extra support. Our unique “Gift a Toilet to a Girl Child” project has built hygiene infrastructure in 45+ schools, ensuring girls can attend school safely and with dignity.

Real Stories, Real Impact

In the remote villages of Coorg, Kritagyata Trust has adopted government schools, providing books, uniforms, and renewed hope to children. At our “My Home” children’s shelter in Yelahanka, we provide underserved and single-parent children with food, education, and care in a safe, loving environment.
During the pandemic, we distributed 6,500+ home isolation kits, helped COVID-19 patients in tribal areas, and provided groceries to hundreds of struggling families. Our menstrual hygiene program supports 350+ women every month.

How You Can Help

This heartfelt message from Aruna Diwakar, President of Kritagyata Trust, says it all:
“Namaste to all the kind-hearted donors. I seek your valuable support in helping children access school materials. Please contribute whatever you can and share this fundraiser with your family and friends. Your personal message can inspire others to bring smiles to many innocent faces. In a remarkable feat of unwavering commitment to rural education, JJF and Kritagyata Trust have proudly reached a significant milestone – equipping 20 schools across rural Karnataka, including a school in Talakadu, with well-equipped science labs. This extraordinary journey, marked by a shared vision of transforming the learning landscape for countless students, has brought the joy of scientific exploration to the doorsteps of young minds, igniting a passion for STEM education and fostering a deeper understanding of the world around them.
Kritagyata Trust

In Talakadu, the new science lab was inaugurated with great excitement and enthusiasm. The children's eyes lit up as they entered the lab and saw the array of equipment and experiments waiting for them. They couldn't wait to get their hands on the microscopes, telescopes, and other tools of science.

Kritagyata Trust

"I've never seen a science lab before!" exclaimed one child. "This is amazing!"

Another child said, "I can't wait to learn about all the different things in science. I want to be a scientist when I grow up!"

The excitement and happiness of the children were palpable. They were eager to explore the lab and learn about the wonders of science.

The new science lab in Talakadu is a place of wonder and learning. It is a place where children can explore their curiosity and discover the world around them. It is a place where dreams are born and futures are shaped.

JJF and Kritagyata Trust are committed to providing rural children with the same opportunities as urban children. They believe that all children deserve access to a quality education, regardless of their background or location.

The inauguration of the science lab in Talakadu is just the beginning. JJF and Kritagyata Trust are committed to equipping more schools in rural Karnataka with science labs so that all children can have the opportunity to experience the joy of scientific discovery.

JJF and Kritagyata Trust are committed to expanding their reach and providing even more opportunities for rural children in Talakadu and other areas to learn about science. With the continued support of CSR partners and donors, they aim to equip even more schools with science labs and inspire a new generation of scientists and innovators.

We invite you to join JJF and Kritagyata Trust in their mission to empower rural children in Talakadu and other areas through science education. Your support can make a real difference in the lives of these students, helping them to reach their full potential and create a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

Donated Pure drinking water units to government school in bangalore

Water is an essential part of all living beings. Drinking pure water has become a challenge now a days to humans.

In city like Bangalore availing drinking water is a big challenge and upgrading to pure drinking facilities will cost more and many are not affordable for such facilities.

Most of the government school in and across bangalore are not equipped with good drinking water facilities.

The amount of water a child needs is influenced by the amount of activity they do, the weather temperature, and their diet and health. It’s always important to remind children to drink, but as a general guide, children up to 8 years of age should have a minimum of 4-5 cups of water a day. Children above 8 years old require at least 6-8 cups of water a day.

As a part of our initiative  we could successfully quench the thirst of 1200 + children across five schools in and around rural tumkuru and devanahalli.. we did install clean drinking water units in schools where it was really required and could see the happiness on those innocent faces.. Thank you all the donors and supporters for making this happen.. please keep supporting as always..

Save Birds an Initiative from Kritagyata Trust Bangalore

Water is life, and clean water means health.Water is the driving force of all nature. In recent years, songbirds number have decreased dramatically because of air/water contamination.

Song of birds stops the noise in the mind. The woods would be very silent if no birds sang there except those that sang best.

Summer is at its peak. Many birds die in summer due to lack of water.Place water pots for thirsty birds in terraces, compound walls and balconies.

"Save the bird, bird need you this summer." is #worldwaterwaterday,#Savebirds #kritagyata
